Circularity
The Situation:
Louise Nash, founder of Circularity, was one of Melissa’s Masters student at Tech Futures Lab. To complete the course, Louise was required to develop an idea to take to market. In addition to the training workshops Louise was part of, she sought Melissa out as an advisor to help her through the process of taking her idea to market.
The Work:
Melissa moved swiftly from strategic advisor to hands on help, coaching Design Sprinting as a technique, and facilitating Louise’s first design sprint for a select group. She gave guidance to build Louise’s capability in the space of Circular Innovation, sharing many of the techniques Melissa had used in transforming ecostore.
Alongside Melissa helped in steering Circularity’s overall strategic direction, and provided Louise with Circularity’s 6 core principles, practice methodologies and underlying Kaupapa Maori values.
The Result:
Circularity is a fully fledged business doing amazing things in the Circular Innovation space.
