#beyond “faster, better, cheaper” #beyond BCorp & ESG scores. #beyond binary bits
Launching to the public June 24
Regenerative business transformation specialist and systems-design strategist Melissa Wragge is launching her t.METHOD™ to the public. She has distilled a suite of her labs into a 2 x 1/2 day disruptive regeneration intensive - to give you the tools and tech skills you need to get future-fit, and play the bio-led game.
A 4-in-1 synthesis of Market Disruptive Forces, Market Patterning, Market Shaping and Levers of System Disruption
Why this??? Why now???
Because it’s really tough in business right now and most of us need to radically upskill to stay in business, in jobs, but can’t afford to get in-house consultants. So Melissa is reaching out to you. Ka pai.
What is this?
This t.Lab will anchor you to the real forces of disruption, using Disruptive Design thinking 3.8. This is built off the same methodology Melissa used to transform Ecostore, to help launch entrepreneurs like Ārepa and Circularity, and to train exec teams like Miraka in-house for the last 10 years.
This lab combines the content of the first two steps of the t.METHOD™ which Melissa has created and tested with clients, start-ups and her Masters of Applied Innovation students.
Fully curated. The heavy lifting is done.
Who for?
If you’re an exec strategy, transformation or sustainability lead, questioning how future-fit you are, or where to play in a disrupted world, this is for you.
If you’re a start-up, out to disrupt your world, and want the inside-track, this is for you.
If you’re a management, design or sustainability consultant keen to upskill yourself in disruptive regenerative business, this is for you.
The inside track to disruptive futures
What do I get?
You'll gain a new understanding of your points of strategic leverage. Hidden in plain sight. You’ll learn the traps to avoid, the right questions to ask and the models to use (and not use). You’ll be guided through a design sprint, with real working examples, and some bleeding edge case studies for inspiration, sharpened decision criteria and more. You’ll walk out with the tech skills, thinking tools and visual models you need to disrupt your world, regeneratively.
No death by PowerPoint. No fluff. No BS.

About Melissa
Melissa Wragge is a regenerative business transformation specialist and a globally recognised system-design strategist, first schooled in the 1990s before Design Thinking was a thing. She helps businesses through the journey of re/designing their world regeneratively, by playing in the intersections of biomimicry, systems, ecology and ethics.
After kicking off at Gillette (P&G), her entire 25+ year career has been in re/designing strategy, innovation and business models, from global giant blue-chips and corporates, to SMEs, NPOs and start-ups. Not as a management consultant or academic, but as a practitioner in the arena.
The last 15 years Melissa has played on the regenerative side helping Impact-led businesses disrupt their world, and fight for environmental, social and wellbeing justice. Most recognised and awarded for taking Ecostore from hippy-fringe to mainstream global cool, she believes in business as a disruptive force for good and is passionate about empowering people to fight the greenwash machine and unleash their disruptive regenerative power.
The last 10 years Melissa has run a side gig in coaching and training disruptive design, focused on building dynamic capabilities. She’s set up and run 10s of transformation teams, trained 100s of execs and entrepreneurs, and spent 10,000s of hours as a practising consultant, across different industries, and sizes, all with a laser on value potential.
Melissa spent lock downs in research, curating the divergent models she uses, undertaking a U.S. Masters of Science in Biomimicry, and synthesizing it all into the t.METHOD™, to help change agents from anywhere disrupt their world, regeneratively.
BIOMIMICRY x ECOLOGY x ETHICS x SYSTEMS
With a BABCom, Melissa teaches Masters students in applied innovation at Tech Futures Lab in Auckland, is a business coach at The Icehouse, an alumni of NZTE’s Better By Design program and an advisory board member on a few NZ regenerative businesses. She also guest lectures at Auckland University for MBA students in circular design, market shaping and ecosystem thinking. Melissa is an accredited NZ Regional Business Partner Network service provider and since 2022 has been undertaking a U.S. Masters of Science in Biomimicry.
